"The Knoc" is a song by American rapper, Knoc-Turn'al. It was originally released as the official lead single for his unreleased album, Knoc's Landin. However, because of the charting on the Billboard Hot 100, it served as the lead single for his other studio album, L.A. Confidential Presents: Knoc-turn'al.

Music video

A music video was shot for the single just weeks before the song charted on the Billboard Hot 100.

The music video begins with Knoc and Dre sitting at a restaurant, waiting for their order. Knoc is seen in multiple roles (such as the waiter, a crackhead, a pimp and the cook). When Knoc (as a waiter) drops dishes on the ground, Missy Elliott enters the restaurant singing her verses, and meets up with her boyfriend at a table (who is played by Knoc as well).

Chart performance

The song peaked at number 98 on the Hot 100 and peaked at 67 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Although the song did well on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop charts, it failed to make an impact on the Hot 100 as some expected. Because of this, the single was released for a limited time, and failed to be released worldwide.
